Won the IRSPM Rosemary O'Leary Prize

I am so honored to receive the IRSPM Rosemary O'Leary Prize. It wouldn't be possible without my co-authors: Trang T. Hoang and Meghna Sabharwal.

Copied from IRSPM website--------------- Dear Colleagues, Dear Friends,

We are extremely excited to announce the winners of the IRSPM Rosemary O’Leary Prize and IRSPM Routledge Prize for 2023!

The 2023 IRSPM Rosemary O’Leary Prize is awarded to…

Trang Hoang, Jiwon Suh and Meghna Sabharwal for their paper “Beyond a Numbers Game? Impact of Diversity and Inclusion on the Perception of Organizational Justice”, published in Public Administration Review in 2022.

The IRSPM Rosemary O’Leary Prize was inaugurated in 2019 to recognize excellent scholarship on women in public administration, broadly defined. It is named after Professor Rosemary O’Leary, an outstanding public management scholar in her own right and a previous IRSPM Routledge Lifetime Achievement Award winner.

This article was chosen for the substantial contribution it makes to scholarship on women and public administration. Trang Hoang, Jiwon Suh and Meghna Sabharwal are the fifth winners of this prize, which was decided upon by a panel of IRSPM board members: Professor Ileana Steccolini (IRSPM President and Chair of the panel), Professor Ines Mergel, and Professor Eris Schoburg, with the support of Eva Thomann, IRSPM awards coordinator.
